I'm nearly at 2 stars here. We were seated and promptly ignored. We were not assigned a waitress, so we waited 15 minutes before interrupting another waitress who offered to get our drinks and check to see if she could find our waitress. 20 minutes later 3 of us had water and two if us still sat drinkless. (We got coffee), we ordered and our food came out very slowly 45 minutes after we'd originally arrived. When we got our food we didn't have napkins or silverware, rough. The waitress was trying to keep ahead of our needs, but it was obvious that she was getting run ragged. Either way the visit was a solid flop, And they ended up not offering much in the way of thanks other than a free dessert. Yuk.

I stopped here for the first time and I found the service to be fairly good. We had the chips and salsa for an appetizer and they fine. Nothing special but the portion size was large. I had the fajitas and they were quite good. Overall the meal was a little overpriced, but not bad.

Went on a busy Saturday night, again with a large party. Host was very friendly and greeted immediately. Wait was not long. Server was above average and took care of our needs in spite if all the other patrons. Food was also above my expectations. Looks like this one has redeemed itself for the time being. Thanks for a good experience.

The salad had A LOT of shredded carrots but that isn't enough to take them down from a five. They also had some interesting digital tablets at each table with a menu and games built into them. I couldn't figure it out but they are cool none the less.

Food has come out hot and correct, and the waitstaff has been attentive. I've overheard servers at other tables not being overly helpful, but I've been lucky enough not to experience this myself.

I ordered the basic bacon burger with fries and the onion crisp things. Burger had no flavor, it looked and tasted like a soy burger. The fries were o.k. but nothing great. If it was not for the wife, I would not give this place another chance.

I asked for an iced tea while I looked at the menu, I never got the iced tea, he just walked away leaving me to wait, I waited while he walked around, the place was not busy. Typical behavior of bartenders around here, no supervision means lousey attitude. Never will I go back.
